Kia Ora! Hello! Kamusta?

Working in Façade industry since 2005 as a Façade Draftsman in the Philippines and 10 years in Dubai, started as a Designer to Design Manager. Moved to Auckland, New Zealand pre-pandemic 2019. 

Someone who admires how façade system works and exposed to different façade systems from Schuco, Reynaers, Technal, Gutmann, Hueck. From conventional stick type, unitized, double skin, rainscreen to bespoke systems. 

I find it exciting to learn new ways and new technology behind façade designs.  I used to read lengthy project specifications from high rise facades and used it as a project bible.

I am currently obsessed with using AI tools to help me and my workflow run smoothly, check my "Project Management"  services, we are using our own 'Draft One Planner" to compile and organize project programme, schedule, RFI tracking and monitoring the project budget, all in one software.
